I have been a patient here for many years. I would not see any one else if my doctor is not around. Dr. DaSilva takes his time making sure that all your questions are answered. He looks at everything regarding your health. A great doctor. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.
This office is a mess. Disorganized. Office needs some cleaning and update. Staff does not reply. I have called multiple times for a specific test and zero reply each time.
Called to schedule an appointment today, gave my name, d.o.b. only to be told that because I had not seen him in over 3 years…that I would be scheduled as a new patient. The soonest new patient availability would be May 6 and today is JANUARY 26, that’s almost 4 months out for an annual exam. When asked why I had to be put in as a new patient, she said it’s because they weren’t aware of my current health history and haven’t been kept up to date on my health.
