Very poor service from the financial side. Multiple phone calls and emails over errored coding from May 2022, finally corrected and resubmitted with Insurance paying majority. Was told by a manager in billing that the remainder would be cleared and that my balance was zero. Unfortunately the charges were not written off and I was not informed that they were needing to be paid and it was sent to a collection agency. Made arrangements to then pay the bill we were not informed of, but collection agency continued to call wanting... read more
