They don't send you a bill .months later they call you and want you to pay for a bill you never received and you even called to see if you had a bill..I asked them to send me the bill they never did.nobody is going to pay a bill they never received. We have no idea what it for or what our insurance paid or what our secondary insurance paid. Very poor service from the financial side. Multiple phone calls and emails over errored coding from May 2022, finally corrected and resubmitted with Insurance paying majority. Was told by a manager in billing that the remainder would be cleared and that my balance was zero. Unfortunately the charges were not written off and I was not informed that they were needing to be paid and it was sent to a collection agency.
