Nice friendly staff, Doctor Pollock is nice and friendly, informative. They took care of me and sent me on my way. A nice experience.
Doctor Pollock has worked on my hand twice for two issues, both times helping me. I give him 5 stars. In contrast, their policy of "no car accident patients" is what I have issue with. It is ludicrous and ridiculous. You would think they would actually care for their patients. So my problem is with the front office staff. For his staff, 0 stars.
I was very very pleased with Dr. Pollock and my visit today. He took his time and explained everything why I was having so much pain in my elbow from carpal tunnel. He eased my anxiety that I have been having for months. He made me feel comfortable with doing the injection before gabbling with surgery despite me having diabetes. His office staff were nice and handled my whole visit with no delays or issues. I highly recommend him for any hand pain! Lacey B.
