I am fairly new to the area. My Family Doctor recommended Dr. Bennett. I have to say that the staff could not have been nicer. Well trained, customer service oriented, knowledgeable & helpful. I was impressed with Dr. Bennett. He appeared to genuinely care about my health. My expectations were met. I come from a long career in Healthcare and I would definitely recommend this practice.
I called the emergency line for a serious GI issue because my medicine was not at the pharmacy even tho Midlothian Family had confirmed it was. Dr. Bennett was the on-call physician. I explained my situation to him and my frustration not being able to get medication. Instead of offering to help me, Dr. Bennett became very imptient, condescending and was not initially willing to offer a solution. I would hate for anyone with a serious health issue to call and get this experience with him.
A fine and caring experienced GP who is always is there when you need him or call him.A big part of his practice is his MA miss April ??
Not very friendly and you do not want to give him more than one illness at a time to deal with. He seems to not be able to handle it.
Dr. Bennett has been our families primary care physician for many years. He is wise, caring and giving of his heart and time. We consider ourselves to be truly blessed to have Dr. Bennett care for our health needs.
I have been seeing Dr. Bennett for almost 12 years and have been extremely happy with the care I've received. He listens to me, he explains the problem I'm facing, discusses options and engages me in making decisions about my healthcare. He is personable and caring and he is thorough in his evaluations. I have family and friends who are patients of his and they are all very happy with the care and services they receive. Thank you Dr. Bennett.
My family had to change Dr's due to our new insurance not accepting our previous family Dr. We are so happy and lucky that we chose Dr Bennett. He and the staff are so warm and friendly. Dr. Bennett listens to everything you have to say. He explains things so well and always takes the time you need. So glad we found Dr. Bennett!
Dr. Bennett does take the time to explain medical concerns/procedures/treatments appropriately. You do need to be sure to state your questions, concerns before he leaves; he will ask you what questions you have, so be sure to voice your concerns. Seems to be wanting to partner with the patient to keep them healthy. Provides appropriate medical advice. Been a patient for two years, so time will tell - but I beleive this to be a good partnership. Personable and friendly.
