I just had shoulder surgery with Dr. Cox and I can’t say enough great things about him and his office staff. This is by far the absolute best post operative recovery I have ever had. I am over 90% pain free in less than 1 week. I was very impressed with the time Dr. Cox spent with me, both prior to and after my surgery. Dr. Cox and his entire team are amazing! He performed surgeries on both of my shoulders. Dr. Cox took the time to explain the procedures and processes very thoroughly so that I understood exactly what was going on. Any time I had billing or scheduling questions, his team was extremely helpful and made the process very simple. Highly recommend!!!!!
I made an appointment over two weeks ago. At the time of booking, I gave my insurance information and everything was fine and they accepted both my primary and secondary insurance. The day of the appointment I get a phone call that my insurance isn’t accepted and then they hung up on me. I called back to ask why I was turned down and also why the girl hung up.
