This office waited until I requested time off work and got all the way into their office to tell me that all of the work I had put in the prior day to assurre the x-rays were good and ready and my second opinion and ensuing work was going to be taken care that day. I was lied to. Instead of notifying me ahead of time, they wasted my day by trying to explain I suddenly needed new x-rays and a new exam since I am a new patient, all going entirely against what they had assured me the prior day. Dr. Kever is a fantastic clinician. I often refer my patients to her for dental implants crowns, cosmetic cases and Botox injections. Her approach is gentle and reassuring. Patients rave about their experiences, especially those who've had veneers. She truly is highly trained and reputable. Highly recommend her.
