The work was accomplished and the technician knew what he was doing, but I wasn’t comfortable. I called a 603 number and they said they were in windham. Then a 978 number called to say the technician was on the way and then a 617 wanted me to Zelle the payment. . Wouldn’t take a check. Finally accepted a credit card because the 603 number I called said they would have the accounting people call me. I verified again that they were in windham said yes but apparently they are in Lynn. You should trust the Doctor :) Our overhead door/opener had been acting up for a few days until it finally gave out. We had a "handyman" come out to take a look and he just made it worse, but didn't mind taking our money for the house call, typical for some home services companies in Lynn! Sunday morning service. Needed a visit for a squeaking garage door that I feared was doing damage. Edwin quickly identified that there was no damage and that general maintenance was needed. He educated me on tips and tricks to keep my garage door in great condition. I am very, very happy with the choice to use Doctor Garage Repair for installation and for service. They are very responsive and gave me calls to alert me to when they'll arrive, which was very courteous.

Benjamin (The Installer) showed up right on time. Was very friendly and knowledgeable. Serviced both of our overhead doors in a timely manner. Quite helpful and didn’t try to add or charge for useless items or add on. Definitely recommended Doctor Garage Door and will use them again!

Really excellent service here. real Doctor :)). William Responded to my call quickly and was able to help me out same day. Was honest and priced fair (i was definitely overcharged from another garage door repairman that is also local in Lynn) and fixed my door quick and seamlessly. Such a niche service that is hard to find the right business to help you in this stuff, so I’m glad i found Dr Garage Door Repair. Keepers!
