Dr Shiva and his team have always provided an exceptional service. There is always been great communication and speedy replies from his administration team lead by Zoe. Dr Shiva has always provided a clear and consise discussions on the proceedures that I’ve had. As mentioned before,he and his team are great. If your needing a Surgeon Dr Shiva is the best one to choose.
I feel 'blessed' to have been referred to Dr Shiva! On meeting him, he instilled me with confidence due to his kind, gentle manner and his approach. He recommended we not rush into sugery and we try other options first. I made the decision to have the surgery when my relief was not forthcoming. 5 stars easy! After living with back pain for years and getting worse months before seeing Dr shiva I was sent to him expecting the worse. Dr Shiva is very down to earth, professional and compassionate. He was able to explain my injury detailed and very simply for me to understand and the necessary steps to getting better. I’ve had 2 surgeries with Dr Shiva as a result of a car accident that left me in indescribable pain, the recovery has been long and tough but I’m grateful I have some sort of quality of life now after spending months laying on the floor or not being able to walk. He is an amazing surgeon who cares about his patients. He has a great bed side manner. I would highly recommend Dr Shiva. I would also like to shout out to his amazing reception team, Zoe went above and beyond to help when I needed it most.
