I'm a case manager that had a member that was a patient at this practice and communication here is terrible. I had tried to call over 5 times to this office to help get my member a prescription for physical therapy and never was able to get in touch with a single person in the office. I have been a patient for roughly 13-14 years and the last few years it has significantly gone downhill here. My last encounter I was ill with a very contagious illness and I called for days to get an appointment with no such luck and on my last attempt the woman who answered the phone refused to book me an appointment with anyone available who could give a simple mouth swab and kept transferring me to the nurse voicemail when all I needed was a simple appointment (something only that lady is supposed do, her manager confirm... read more
