the worst place i’ve ever been to. i called them, and some lady picked up the phone with “Yes?”…. how the patient supposed to know where they called to? rude, disrespectful, rolling their eyes on patients. promised send me the document on email, said that will be sent in 10 minutes, never received… me and my husband been calling all day. they were either on break or hanging up the phone, or just not answering the phone. (ALL ABOVE IS ABOUT THE FRONT DESK)
Hey, do something about those ladies at the reception. This is unimaginable that someone could behave like this. So rude, so unprofessional, so disgusting they act.
My parents, who are over 90 years old, are patients of Dr. Galina Vayner. I deeply appreciate the doctor, the nurses, and the front desk staff. They are always prompt, kind, and professional in addressing any questions. My parents are happy with everyone who works at the clinic. I would like to especially recognize the front desk staff, Faina and Lena, who always smile at my parents, inquire about their well-being, and offer great support.
