Says she accepts new patients, but when I tried to call and schedule they said I cannot book anything because her next available is 2026, I don’t mind waiting two years but they told me they would not be able to even book an appt. Ok, so make it clear you’re not seeing new patients. So frustrating, and customer service is AWFUL.
LIAR! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!! Says she accepts new patients, but when you call and schedule they said you cannot book anything because her next available is 2026, I don’t mind waiting two years but they told me they would not be able to even book an appt, AT ALL, EVER. Ok, so make it clear you’re not seeing new patients, then MARK THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE. So frustrating, and customer service is AWFUL WHEN YOU CALL SCHEDULING. Why do you make it so difficult?? This is what’s wrong with the healthcare system.
Dr. Beitner is the most thorough health care professional I have ever engaged with. With thoughtful consideration of signs and symptoms, recommends treatment options with problem solving results. Her treatment options are based on current best practices. Professionalism, communication, and follow-up truly make her an outstanding person and physician.
Dr. Beightner is a great doctor. She listens and cares about her patients. Her nurse practitioners are also excellent!
You want a doctor who cares? Ask for Dr. Beitner. She is so caring, and does whatever it takes to help you (or your family) out. Highly recommend!
Dr Beitner has been my dr for 10yrs. She's very compassionate and really listens to you. She shows genuine concern for your health, in fact, she has even called me personally out of the blue to check up on me and to see how I've been feeling. If she wasn't successful finding a treatment plan that worked for me, she worked to help find a specialist who could, but also continued extensive follow up.
