My boyfriend was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and a pinched nerve in his neck by Dr. Galan personally in his office. A follow up appointment was set up. At the second appointment Dr. Galan must not have read his own chart because he did not even mention the possible treatments for carpal tunnel, which was the only reason he had the referral to Dr. Galan in the first place. Dr galan and the secretaries are nice and polite but galans assistant was not very attentive didnt really listen to me,the girl that does the computer stuff in the room looked mad when the assistant kept taking over the computer,he also tried to talk me out of doing EMG test
I really appreciate Dr Galan. He takes the time to listen and clearly communicates with me. I'm grateful for him and his practice.
