Changed my appointment to virtual but did not have any handouts, links or information to begin my Ketogenic diet. I asked for blood test (she is an endocrinologist) and she said it’s not going to make any difference. When I insisted, she said she would find me a lab, it’s been a week and I’m still waiting. I wrote her an email, no message back. Of course, I had to pay $400 dollars before I even saw her. Do not recommend her at all!
Dr. Andzel is AMAZING. She is very caring and engaging. She orders the tests she needs and gets the results communicated to you. She is available by e-mail to answer questions, and she has a wealth of resources to share about diet and other areas of concern. She is an exceptional endocrinologist! I wish more physicians were like her!
Along with being extremely kind and helpful, Dr. Andzel is also an amazing endocrinologist.
Would rather talk to a telemarketer than these front office ladies. At least you know they aren't telling you everything. Just do your job and give EVERYTHING at once. Don't pass the buck and string me along for 6 months.
