While Dr. Gadi is great, the rest of the office/practice is horrible. The front desk staff is less than helpful and it takes multiple calls, messages, and follow up to receive any information from them. I had an appt in November of 2024 and was told to get bloodwork. I asked the front desk about scheduling a follow up to discuss results, which I was told I was not allowed to do and that a nurse would call me to discuss instead. My 9 year old daughter began weekly allergy shots in July 2024. She is allergic to grass and tree pollen and suferred through the months of April and May. This spring, 2025, she is so much better! We are truly amazed! We wanted an alternative to daily eye drops and oral medication that was giving her very little relief. We are so grateful to Dr. Gadi and the wonderful allergy nurses! Ridiculous no one can call me to discuss results? Was also threatened to spend $3200 on immunotherapy or I was going to get early Alzheimer’s? Is this a pro-patient or pro profit business? Starting to wonder.
