I went to there Oswego location and they were amazing. They were fast and did an awesome job. Would recommend them to anyone who needs there phone or laptop fixed. I agree that five stars isn't enough thank you guys
Was really quick and fast and had good quality screen
Was having problems charging my iPhone and I brought it in for them to look at. They looked at it for about a minute, diagnosed the problem, fixed/cleaned the phone and sent me on my way free of charge! Great customer service and very professional. I will definitely be going back with all of my future tech needs!

I went to the new store in Oswego to have my son's iPhone screen repaired. Omar got me set up with a new screen, a glass screen protector, and new case. Professional, quick, and saved me a trip to the mall.
I wish I could give higher than a 5 as it does NOT do them justice! Best Buy referred me to them to trouble shoot and look at my phone, I was a little apprehensive at first but ended up being the best advice ever given!!! Through the entire process they were calm, patient and very knowledgeable. They have their heart in customer service and are passionate about what they do!
