This review is about the front office and their idiotic text message the day before your appointment. If you receive this text message, you better be careful or they will cancel your appointment. The text message reads, "Dr. Rios appt on so and so date/time. To Change appt call 281-944-9095 to avoid $25 fee Reply 9381 followed by yes or no." End of text!
