I have been going to Gatten Eye Care in Franklin for many years. They are always friendly and professional. They take their time and make sure to thoroughly check your vision. Highly recommended!
I wouldn’t have put any stars if I had the option however order to write this review I had too. First off I was not greeted when I walked into the building with my son I was simply looked at as if I was an alien. Secondly the receptionist that serviced me had a very condescending tone the entire visit. Third I was waiting with my son to be seen and two of the coworkers are discussing NAT TURNER with black patrons in the building.
