So within 2 days Dr. Domenech is no longer taking new patients. I received a call at 5:30pm to confirm an appt. for my mother the next day, at 3pm, which we had no idea about so we requested to be rescheduled because I wouldn't be able to take her at that time & she needs 3days to set up transportation. No one called back with a new date so I called today, only to be placed on a long hold while she went & speak with Dr. Domenech. Dr is ok, no special comments, but the office is run extremly poorly. Being a cancer center, requires extra sensitivity and they showed nothing of that. I had a scheduled blood work at the end of my chemo and the day before they called to cancel because the dr. needed to see news patients. How outrageous!! When asked to reschedule, I was told he is going on vacation!!! During treatment, when I had questions and called the office as expected, nobody bothered to respond. I do not recommend this office.

My mom was under his care for less than 2 months, although she was battling cancer, how in god name he didn’t know the port cause infection, he was contacted when she was in the hospital this idiot did nothing, why didn’t he tell her to have it removed, all for the money I hate she went under him, My mom is dead run run from this man his officers, ask questions,
