I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Galan, my bariatric surgeon. After years of complications and countless hospital visits, he has truly changed my life. During the darkest times, when I felt unseen, he went above and beyond. Even after breaking his leg in a sports accident, he came to see me in the hospital to offer comfort and reassurance. Dr. Glaun is an incredible doctor . He performed my gallbladder surgery, and everything went exceptionally well from start to finish. Dr. Glaun explained everything that was happening to me in clear concise easy to understand language, and seemed genuinely concerned with my getting better. He was easy to contact and always stopped into my room after surgery in order to give me updates.
Dr Glaun is a great surgeon. Surgery was postponed over five hours. No one ever came in the room to check on patient. Had to give 20% of what the Office assumed was the cost of the surgery stating if the insurance company paid it would be refunded. Over a month later cannot get a call back from the billing department in the Surgeon’s office and cannot get my money back.
