Dr. Glaun explained everything that was happening to me in clear concise easy to understand language, and seemed genuinely concerned with my getting better. He was easy to contact and always stopped into my room after surgery in order to give me updates.
Dr Glaun is a great surgeon. Surgery was postponed over five hours. No one ever came in the room to check on patient. Had to give 20% of what the Office assumed was the cost of the surgery stating if the insurance company paid it would be refunded. Over a month later cannot get a call back from the billing department in the Surgeon’s office and cannot get my money back.
Thank you Dr.Glaun and your team for the most professionalism and patience. Answering all questions, explaining everything with the most details. Best surgeon hands down. No bag!!! Thanks doc!!!
