I have been a patient of Dr. Avila's for the past several years and believe he is an outstanding optometrist. However, my latest experience with his office staff was very concerning and irritating. After arriving early for a 1:30 appointment (that I was given over the phone), I was asked to fill out a form on my cell phone which I could barely see.
