Doctor Bucy was very kind and made general chit-chat with me before we started discussing my treatment plan. (I had endometrial and cervical cancer.)The staff were very professional, caring and punctual. I highly recommend this office. While I was waiting for a particular type of procedure, an aid stayed with me the whole time and did not leave me alone in the room, which I thought was extremely kind. And I was not pressured about my insurance and the bill.
Dr. Bucy's office is absolutely gorgeous on the outside but the inside...WOW, it took my breath away when I first came in with my mother to her first appointment. It is a very easy building to find on 17th Street, complete with one of the painted horses of Marion County. When you have to go to a doctor due to cancer life gets very scary and every day is more precious than the last. I am blessed enough that dr Bucy took me in at the last moment. Time is ticking for me, I was diagnosed with a large cancer growth on my spine. multiple myeloma. Dr. Bucy has an incredible facility with super staff. I’m going in for my 4th treatment today. After suffering to make the first 3 treatments today I woke up feeling alive again! Dr. G. Steven Bucy is the most caring, knowledgeable and extremely organized Doctor I've met in a long time. Being diagnosed with cancer is bad enough but finding a doctor that is caring and takes time to listen to your concerns is another. I highly recommend Dr. Bucy and trust him completely.
