Receptionist is helpful works around your schedule for appointments. Clean environment. Entertainment while you wait the waiting room. Dental hygienist and dentist are good. They get the job done.
The dentist is decent, but I’ve encountered much kinder and more professional ones elsewhere. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s attitude and lack of proper phone etiquette leave a lot to be desired. I recently called to follow up on something I’ve been waiting for since last year, only to be told (rudely) that I’d have to wait another week for her to even look into it.
