I've been to Dr Brar's for wisdom teeth issues and an extraction. The facility is excellent, clean, well equipped. Dr Brar is kind and attentive, as are all her staff. She and her assistant did an excellent extraction of a difficult tooth that has tortured me for some time. I didn't have coverage at the time, but she gave me an approximate cost before the procedure and actually ended up charging less than the approx which was great. Very happy. No complaints. Will be going back in future.
I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. I experienced poor workmanship resulting in failed repairs, unnecessary treatments, having to over pay on verbal quoted work, and in all treatments in general. I experienced poor communication skills from both reception and Dr Brar herself. I had difficulties and errors with reception and billing. It was really just a very unprofessional, unaccomodating, and underwhelming experience as a whole.
Dr Braar and her hygenist from kelowna are the best !! , so kind, understanding, patient, they are fixing my teeth, they are artists
