Steve replaced a hydroponic air handler system at my condo unit last month and the condo still has no heat. He offered a 2 yr warranty on labour yet he wants me to pay him to come back to fix the brand NEW system which he just literally installed. Until he willingly comes back to fix the issue, this post remains. Also, do not promise a 2-yr warranty on labour if you are not going to follow through on it.
My furnace broke down overnight and we did not know what to do. When we called Steve his over the phone help was incredible. He knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the furnace just from me describing the situation to him. He was in constant communication with us until he knew that the issue was resolved and that the furnace was back up and running. Again, this was all over the phone on text which is so incredible.
