So my furnace suddenly stops working and with the weather turning as cold as it has lately, I call up the first number I find, which is a highly regarded furnace repair place in Hamilton. Long story short, they come over and diagnose a $1,600 part that's failed and tell me that my motor is going to fail at any time too (another $2,000 expense to come) so I should go ahead and buy a whole new furnace. Had one of the best experience with Steve. He diagnosed my Furnace over the phone for a short cycle on off problem. Gave me a solution. Other companies would have charged me for inspection and visit. This experience is just enough for me to be a customer for life. Never calling anyone else for my HVAC problems.
