My father who is 97 years old had an appointment there today. Obviously with the snow. It had to be cancelled. The office response was to reschedule him for May 1st. This shies me their lack of any patient centric caring

The physician herself is fantastic. Unfortunately, her assistant, Alex is dismissive, rude, condescending, unresponsive, and trying to get an appointment is next to impossible. Alex lacks the empathy, compassion, and wherewithal necessary for dealing with patients. Unfortunately, a doctor is only as good as their front line staff. And if their staff can't get it together and respond to patients then what's the point of having a good physician when you can't see them?
