Had a problem with my AC air compressor which meant I needed to replace it. I contacted Solomon and he gave me a quote which included either a genuine or aftermarket compressor. He ordered the air compressor after I put in a deposit and the part arrived after a single day. He was also nice enough to answer a couple questions I had regarding some of the parts so that I could inform myself. Absolutely amazing service and fast turnaround time. I had an issue with my AC not blowing cold air - thought it was low on refrigerant. Solomon quickly diagnosed the issue and found it was a dead compressor. Little mistake by the supplier - despite ordering Denso (OEM), they sent an aftermarket brand. After pointing that out to Solomon, he immediately called the supplier to straighten things out. The correct compressor arrived the next day and he got to installing it. I recently took my Toyota Yaris in for a service and regas quote at Dr Frost’s. While waiting for another car to be completed, I listened to Solomon talk to other customers on the phone.
