Went here because it was required for a disability determination. The receptionist ruined the appointment experience when she called to confirm. I am my sons legal guardian, he has anoxic brain injury following a drowning accident. She refused to talk to me stating she didn’t have guardianship paperwork. Apparently it wasn’t sent to her. She is correct when that is respec she acted was not okay. She ended up confirming the appointment.
