My retired dad who's on a fixed income had a severe toothache made an appointment gave them a $220 deposit found different dentists who could get him in the same day called these people back 28 minutes later to cancel his appointment and they kept his $220 because it was less then 24hour notice how ignorant there should be certain circumstances he called first thing in the morning and a half hour later you guys are thiefing bastards and should be ashamed of yourselves
Dr. Bonine is extremely knowledgeable. He will inform you of your options and make sure he's done his job convincing you what he believes is best for your health. You're better off just listening and following through. I let my dental issues go on far too long and I'm grateful I finally got this done. I had 3 extractions under sedation. I don't remember the procedure. Recovery has been smooth and easy with very minimal pain. I'll be back for implants and working on my future oral health here. Thank you.
Crooks, thieves of the elderly, no compassion given whatsoever, did absolutely no work and charged $220 for canceling an appointment 30 minutes after booking it, is this for real? You seriously find that acceptable? for what? Writing a name on the schedule and deleting it? This establishment should be ashamed to call themselves a reputable business. Do what’s right, and pull your heads out of the dark greedy hole you’ve placed them and show some integrity.
My husband Paul and I consider Dr Bonine to be our own personal hero. My husband had become increasingly unwell with terrible pain in his tongue, neck and ear. After unsuccessful visits to his dentist and urgent care, we found Dr Bonine and got a quick appt., where we would learn just how wonderful this man is.
