This is the 3rd. time that l have had to have teeth extracted over a span of 39 years. Each and every time, l have come to Dr. Bonine's office. The reason is simple. He is the best. Let's face it. Nobody likes having teeth pulled. But if and when you don't have another option, you need to go see the best oral surgeon. Dr. Bonine makes you feel comfortable and explains EVERYTHING beforehand. Not sure why Dr. Bonine would have any negative reviews. I went to him for a second opinion on an OKC cyst under one of my wisdom teeth. He was very professional and personable. His office staff is polite and the views from the dental chair, are very calming and with beautiful landscaping. I didn't have dental insurance at the time and he was very fair with charging me. Although I didn't have the surgery with him and I wished I did, I'd recommended him to anybody.
I have read the reviews and understand Dr. Bonine is NOT for everyone, but that said my family has been going to Dr. Bonine for 30 years. Even my husband liked Dr. Bonine and he didn't like many people, let alone dentists. Dr. Bonine and his staff are professionals and NOT there to be your friend. (After all you aren't going there to be asked out to coffee.) They are friendly, just not your friend, so get over what some consider arrogant attitudes and strong opinions. Over two months ago we took our son to have all his teeth removed, which we paid in full on a credit card being charged interest on, we were over charged 2000.00 which was supposed to be returned to our card, here we are making our 3rd payment and still paying interest on the 2000.00. We've called the office numerous times to be lied to being told it would be credited back to our card, two weeks ago we were told by the end of that week for sure, well here we are again two weeks later and still nothing, it's getting old now s... read more
