Dr Bonine and his staff are very professional. You are kept on a time schedule. Things are done his way for a reason but you will get a great job. This oral surgeon is VERY THOROUGH and takes your health as his priority. His experience showed when I was in his chair. I really appreciated his years of experience when working in my mouth. Dr. Bonine and his staff are truly amazing. My son unfortunately had an infection that started below one of his molars and needed an extraction. Dr. Bonine walked us thru everything beforehand and there was no pressure on what route we wanted to go with. He gave us options and the potential outcomes for those options. He was gentle, kind, and caring with my son. His staff called the following day to check in on how my son was doing and to ensure everything was going well. One of my worst experiences. He was very unprofessional, wouldn’t talk to me nicely because I didn’t understand what all he was saying at first, was getting upset with me because I was in so much pain and he kept hurting me, told me that he’s “excited” to have me come back after my wisdom teeth to have the rest of my teeth pulled because people in there 20s don’t know how to care for their anymore. I don’t recommend him at all. Very unprofessional bedside manners.
Worst experience ever
I couldn’t have asked for a better oral surgery experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. Dr. Bonine’s skill and thoughtful approach gave me complete peace of mind every step of the way. I’m incredibly thankful for the care I received and would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs oral surgery.
