Dr. Salbo and her staff were able to accommodate me when I had a ton of pain in my molar and needed a root canal ASAP. Dr. Salbo was efficient and professional, and I couldn't be happier for my mouth to feel normal again. Hopefully I never have to see her again, but if I do I know I'll be in good hands
I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Salbo. I’m a very anxious dental patient and was upfront about that from the beginning. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and the procedure itself was painless and quicker than I expected—in a good way. Her confidence actually made me feel safe, not rushed. My tooth feels great now, and I’m so grateful I was referred to her. I would absolutely trust her with any future treatment!
My experience with Dr. Salbo and the office staff was smooth from start to finish. Everything with my insurance and costs was explained clearly before the procedure, and that’s exactly what I ended up paying. No surprises. Great doctor, great team, and my root canal healed perfectly.
1 star review entirely based on bedside manor. Dr Salbo is efficient but left me open for 10 or so minutes with the materials in my mouth to complete my root canal when she knew I was an anxious patient. No small talk before, just cold “get it done” kind of attitude. That’s fine. But please show a bit of a humanity for a patient that was crying and wanting to get done after you left her struggling, with an horrible gag reflex, and unable to breathe well. She done 2 root canals for me at Dentist of Buford on 07/26/25. The bill was $1885.00. I paid an estimated out of pocket payment of $803.00. My insurance provider wellcare paid $1352.00 to her . I had an over payment for $270.00. She and the Dentist of Buford told me today 10/30/25 that they don't give back over payments. What? That's just plain ole theft. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and the Board of Dentistry. Beware!!!!
