Dr Steinbeck and his staff have treated my family for over 20 years and each one has had a great experience. Very good with patients of all ages.
I give dr steinbeck a 5 star he did a really good job him and his staff made me feel real comfortable everything healed really good 💕
Make sure to bring water or something to drink inside. They do not offer anything to drink in waiting room and they do not allow you to walk outside for two minutes to get something from your vehicle. Staff is not personable.
This oral surgeon is awful. His staff members are rude to the patients and he treats you less than human. My dentist was out of town and he referred me to Steinbeck because I was 8 months pregnant with an abscess below the gumline of a back molar. The woman at the front desk acted like I was taking money out of her pocket demanding I pay the entire cost even though I knew my dental insurance was paying 80%.
