My procedure was great with Dr. Steinbeck and I have zero complaints. He is very experienced and put me at ease immediately. I don’t know why people are complaining about the staff, I thought they were all delightful and very professional. It’s not their fault that they have to collect money for the procedure and that’s not a valid reason to give them a bad review. My extraction was perfect. Can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Steinbeck. Everyone was professional and kind- my procedure was quick and as easy as I could have hoped!
This oral surgeons office is the best. Dr. Steinbeck is awesome. All of his surgical assistant staff is very knowledgeable and polite. I had my wisdom teeth pulled here, and the staff was very helpful and patient with me. I have dental anxiety but with small talk and the staff just being awesome it made it such a better experience. I found Dr Steinbeck on a list of approved doctors. My consultation was done with staff and him present and was treated exceptionally well. His assistants listened to concerns and explained the treatment plan thoroughly. Then Dr Steinbeck went over again with greater detail. I would recommend him to anyone needing an oral surgeon. Best "walk-in" experience for sure. Deserving a great post!
