Very nice office always welcoming as soon as the door opens. Front desk staff is always willing to take care of you before you reach the back office, once you reach back office you are in the assistance hands and they do everything they can to keep you happy. Dr. Johnston along with his other doctors, Dr. P and Dr. C, make a great team and they do everything in their power to make sure you have the results you are looking for, for that perfect smile. I definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Johnston is an outstanding orthodontist who is knowledgeable and very experienced. All three of my children were under his treatment and he was so generous and caring during our time there. I used to work in the dental field, and after looking at plenty of other orthodontists, I chose Dr. Johnston because of his experience and friendliness. I highly recommend him as your orthodontist.

Do be cheated by the evaluation service. The actual treatment was performed by the tech. The frontal desk is also horrible - any scheduling or rescheduling takes forever because the first choice is always during school time. When asking to explain the problem to the doctor, I was told that they were paid for scheduling so no. I think that they don't care about new student patients any more.
