Dr Hoover saw me two years ago and he is SO caring. I had a special case and he really took ownership of my file so that the other doctors on the team were aware of my needs. I felt completely safe, and heard, and taken excellent care of by him. I'm so grateful!

Dr. Hoover even delivered my baby-25 years ago.....Dr. Fred Hoover, is a wonderful man, with compassion, detailed explanations. He is accepted by most insurance plans.
