Horrible and rude dentist, waste of time, delays during every appointment. It’s as though he didn’t want to do the work he was billing for! Please find another dentist. Please heed the bad reviews!
If you value respect and professionalism DO NOT COME HERE. I cannot stress this enough. The receptionist Bridgette is downright disgusting and unprofessional to the core. She has no respect for the patients who frequent this place. Unfortunately, Dr Cohen is aware of the many complaints received regarding his receptionist, yet he continues to employ her. The worst patient relations experience I’ve ever encountered. The first point of contact should be a pleasant one. This was far from the case with the rude and unprofessional receptionist Bridgette. It was downright horrendous the way she spoke to me on the phone. Apparently, there has been multiple patients who previously complained about her to no avail. This is a systemic problem that will not be resolved. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
I’ve never felt more compelled to leave a review. Please do not book an appointment with this dentist. I can guarantee you that you will not be treated like a valued patient or receive any respect. The receptionist is by far the most unpleasant and rude person I’ve ever encountered at a company. The worst patient relations I’ve ever experienced. The receptionist demeanor is deplorable and she is rewarded because of it. There are reviews dating back several years regarding the lack of respect this receptionist has towards patients, but Dr Cohen refuses to acknowledge any complaints regarding this receptionist.
