I have called this office probably 15 times over the past 2 weeks at different days and times and never got a call back.
I guess the days of answering the phone and/or returning messages are past with this office. We’ve called over 20 times that’s TWENTY times over the last month and have Never received a call back. Thanks for letting us know early on that you have absolutely no concept of customer service.
Dr. Simonton is a horrible and hateful person, avoid him all costs.
Was not happy with how “Susie” addressed me and told me “you already called and I told you we do not take your insurance.” Okay well I called my insurance and on my insurance portal you are still shown to be active. The attitude was not necessary, a “let me double check that for you” would have been a better way of communicating with me about this.
The negative reviews are, unfortunately, true: The staff was very rude, unprofessional, and dismissive to comments and questions. I read a review before I came into the office for a wisdom tooth extraction, where someone said they woke up in the middle of having a procedure done. Still, I decided to continue due to insurance purposes and the fact that only one person had said that in the reviews at the time — which was a horrible mistake!
