Thank you for accommodating my concerns! Especially the receptionist, Cathy. Dr Fred addressed all my health issues.
My review was deleted somehow!! Absolutely disgusting service by his receptionists! I have no clue who is visiting this clinic and writing 5 star reviews. Shocking service for someone that works in the medical field, you sure have no clue how to organise your clinic. I changed mum to a new clinic with an empathetic doctor and absolutely beautiful receptionists. I’m so happy to meet such a great Doctor. I can’t believe that he is spending long time for each patient and doing professional checking not only the results of the blood test but also doing manual check. He is so friendly . I want to thank the assistant and secretary too .
