This office lacks empathy, compassion and professionalism. You cannot even call the office without feeling like you are a nuisance. Would never recommend taking an elderly patient here, as they just do not care and it is very clear by their behavior. You are simply a number!
Dr Heaton has always been very good to my husband. He got him emergency kidney stone removal and has always been very attentive to his needs. The receptionist is always friendly and the care is always top notch. Thankful to have such a great doctor!
Place is horrible from top to bottom. Very poor patient care. Left with no answers., Just a "keep in touch" what a joke. LAZY uncaring staff.
The PA Mattie is consistently quick to get you in and out without actually listening to your concerns. I would not recommend going here- as a health care professional myself. I went a few times, thinking maybe she was just having a bad day, but my care was consistently poor. I only saw the MD at this practice once, and was not impressed.
Last Christmas, I scheduled an appointment a year in advance knowing exactly when I'd be home for the holidays to have an appointment. Now, a year later when I receive my confirmation call about my appointment, I have come to find that the staff entered my appointment incorrectly and had a week earlier than what I made it. Now, they can't fit me in when I'll be home. No apology and no attempt to rectify, even though error was on their part; staff wasn't too kind about it either.
