Thank you Dr. Fred Daniel. There are no words that can say how much I appreciate being your patient going on thirty years treating me for Spasmodic Dysphonia of the vocal cords. The Botox injections injected into my vocal cords every three months gave me back my voice allowing me to stay in the workforce until retirement and then ten more years in the workforce beyond retirement leading a NORMAL life.
