Dr. Fran is by far the best Dentist I've ever been to. She has done work on my teeth that will last a lifetime. Dr.Fran is highly professional, dedicated to quality work, and above all cares about her patients deeply. I would recommend her to anybody needing dental services on Vancouver Island.
Refused to send me information if I would be completely covered with my msp. Then they do everything and forced me to pay. I don't care how good someone thinks she is. If your secretaries are scamming people into paying for services they can get completely covered elsewhere, your dentistry is no better than the people you get to represent you. Fully inform your patients that you charge more for services and refuse to tell them until after the work is complete.
Totally beyond all expectations!!!
