Dr. Hayward changed my life. Several years ago I could barely walk because of pain in my leg. Because of the pain I was becoming less active, gaining weight and my quality of life was becoming less every day. After seeing several doctors I finally got a referral for Dr Hayward after one doctor suspected my back was the reason for my leg pain. The operation on my spine was done from the front. Dr. Hayward was a true gift. I already had a surgery scheduled. I received a message about Dr.Hayward from a past third grade student I had taught several years ago. He had recently had a success with the same neck surgery I would be having. I was able to get in to see him quickly. The pre-, surgical, and post care was amazing. I suffered with lower back and leg pain so I went to see Dr. Hayward and he sent me to have several test ran he and Chris (physician assistant) set down and discussed my test Dr. Hayward gave me different options but I decided to have lumbar surgery. I know I made the right decision my surgery was a success and I would like to thank Dr. Hayward, Chris Kelly and the other medical staff for my care
When I was referred to Dr.Hayward for my back I was in constant pain, had drop foot and needed a 3 level back surgery. He is an incredibly nice and an outstanding Neurosurgeon. I would recommend him highly to anyone that wants an a outstanding doctor with a caring heart. He has truly been a blessing to me.
