I had Dr.Lowe many years ago for my medical issues and I never had any problems at all. He is a doctor that listens to my concerns and explain clearly to me about my problems and any future problems. Now I’m seeing him again for the same problem and he haven’t changed his demeanor . He’s more busier now then years ago in which I fully understand.
