The single worst customer service experience in my entire 55 years on this planet. Dr. Moix was hired as my Mom's GI Doc after her previous doctor, Dr. Jon Jacob relocated out of State. Dr. Moix's nurse, Cindy, is rude and unprofessional. If she deals with me in that manner, who knows how she might treat the elderly and others. She should be fired from her position immediately.
