Just had an amazing consultation with Dr. Frank Lista. Although I really wanted a treatment done. It was with his upmost integrity that he advised against it. It wasn't about the money for Dr. Frank Lista He truly was professional, informative Very transparent and honest. Thank you for you honestly
Dr. Lista and his staff were kind, accommodating and answered all of my questions. Everyone was smiling, knowledgeable, kind, and I felt no pressure at anytime. In addition, I felt that Dr. Lista answered my questions honestly and in depth. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you Dr. Lista
I just went for a scheduled consultation with Dr. Lista and waited 45 minutes without ever being seen. The front end staff, while very pleasant, were unable to inform me of approximately how much longer it would be for me to be seen. If a surgeon cannot respect a patient’s time at the consultation stage, I have zero confidence in their professionalism when it actually matters. I left and would never trust this office with my body. There are too many qualified plastic surgeons to tolerate this level of disregard.
Terrible experience and a waste of A LOT of money. Dr. Austin is even worst - rude and arrogant! Staff will all be gushing over how wonderful you look (even right after procedure)? How? I look worst after completely healed. The recovery room nurse was a sweetheart however (thank God). Dr Lista was dismissive during post op appts. Jumped to pull up my before/after pics. Return after a year once things fully heal? I did not, and will not - step foot in there again.
I would give ZERO stars if I could. They have zero respect for patient’s time. The front staff are rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment booked at 12 pm with Dr. Lista. I booked this appointment months. The receptionist advised Dr. is running late and I have to wait for another half an hour. I waited and waited and after an hour, the receptionist still had no clue when the Dr. could see me! I left the clinic without having my consultation.
