Short wait to see the doctor. Everyone was nice. No problems with check in or paperwork. Brought a disc and they were able to view it. Doctor was friendly and professional. Years of experience.
I’m a 67 year old man that has had problems with my ears for a year now (fluid and dizziness). I saw Dr. Hixon about a year ago for the first time. He was a little short and I felt like he couldn’t get me out of there quick enough. I left wondering what to do next. Dr. Norris and his staff are excellent. I was very pleased with my visit. Dr. Norris explained in detailed what was wrong with me. His nurse was very caring and kind. His front desk girls were very pleasant. I would recommend this office.
