They do a good job looking ahead to find any issues that need to be dealt with before there is a problem. Staff is overbooked and fatigued.
Dr Rubalcava’s visits are always pleasant and informative. His findings, if necessary, are subjected to immediate follow-up scheduling, whether inner office or by referrals. His “bedside” manners are great; he reads his patients well. Thus, his sense of humor matches mine and my husband’s.
