I haven't had any surgery in about 45 years, so I was anxious about getting hernia surgery. Dr iorio and his staff are really top notch. The Doctor spent quite a bit of time explaining hernias and how he repairs them. Knowing what to expect made the entire process easier for me. knowing that many patients don't retain everything they are told, he carefully explained what to expect, made sure I had a written package repeating the information, and covered it again the day of the surgery.
It's been almost 15 years ago that Dr Iorio performed surgery which I needed to fix a Naval Hernia. I was really stressed out about who to use for the surgery. It only took me a glance to decide that this was who I wanted to do the repair... He had small hands that were attracted to a strong muscular physic... perfect for surgical conditions. I wasn't disappointed... Everything went well... He and his entire office staff were fantastic....lol... IDK he reminded me of a Mel Gibson look a like
