The dentist committed heath code violations during my teeth cleaning. Dr. Huang dropped an instrument on the ground, used his gloves to pick it up, did NOT change his gloves, removed the plastic packaging from the instrument (thus contaminating it), and put the instrument in my mouth. His gloves had became contaminated when he touched the ground to pick up the instrument.
