I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Moore! He communicates exactly what he is going to do. He explains expectations in easy to understand terms.
unhelpful staff.. They refused to reach out to the ER dept to obtain medical information that they required in order to see my daughter. They indicated since she was not an established patient they could not reach out to them. I have always had issues with USMD providers and thought I would take the chance because of the ratings of this provider, but as usual horrible!!!! Never again
I had a great experience with Dr. Moore. He was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and never seemed like he was trying to rush off to see another patient. I did not receive any type of treatment on my visit - only information and some guidance about potential future issues, but I would certainly go back to Dr. Moore if I had a medical need.
