His office has gone downhill in the past couple of years. Very disappointing lately.
very disappointed in this doc. I had high hopes. His lack of knowledge showed through when it came to my issue.
Dr. Chao is an extremely patient and caring doctor. I feel like he genuinely cares for my well being, and will do everything in his power to put me on the road to good health. He does not try to rush me through, he takes a fair amount of time with the patient. Consequently, he is almost always running a little late. But like most people, I will take running late if I know I'm going to get a doctor that listens and gets to the bottom of my health issues. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. You will usually have to wait you turn, but when it's your turn you will not feel rushed and will have Dr. Chao's full attention. When he was concerned for my health he even has called to check up on me 2 or 3 times. I have gone to him for around 20 years. His office staff is very friendly and helpful.
Small office. Spends alot of time with you. Not always talking about what is wrong. Just shooting the breeze. I would recommend.
