Day of surgery engagement by Dr & Lakeshore staff was professional and caring. Pre-op questions were answered in depth and in a context that ensured understanding. Post Operative medications and home care instructions are providing an event free recovery. Removal of nasal airway stents are pending followup visit.
We had a wonderful experience at the office. Our toddler son put a bead up his nose and the staff was able to get us in for an emergency appointment. Dr. Brettschneider was so quick, comforting, and precise. The entire removal took 20 seconds and we were only in the office 10 minutes total. Incredible service from all involved. Would highly recommend.
