After waiting 3 weeks for someone at Concord Hospital to refer me to a family practice I made an appointment I thought to get a very painful cyst removed. When I called to I was told that I could not reschedule a new patient appointment and that I was effectively being discharged. Not a nice way to treat new patients before they eve walk in the door!
